FRAMES MADE TO YOUR PERSONAL FACIAL MEASUREMENTS
We’ll work out your preferred measurements and take it from there by either:
IN-PERSON
Meeting in-person and you trying on some of our frames for reference size, shape and proportions, and then making adjustments.
REMOTELY
We’ll start with measurements from your current eyewear in addition to referencing photos to create the initial designs.

DESIGN DRAWINGS
We’ll create some different options for you to choose from and communicate with you to get your feedback and then refine these until you’re happy.

’ROUGH’ ACETATE FRONT PROTOTYPE
Once we’ve narrowed it down to your design drawings to your chosen measurements and proportions we’ll make an unpolished ‘rough’ acetate prototype of the front of your eyewear for you to get a first feel for the custom shape and show or send that to you for your feedback.

FINAL SHAPE AGREED
When you’re happy we’ll go ahead and produce your eyewear at full quality high-finish with your choice of colour acetate, lenses and personal message on the inside arm.

DECIDE ON YOUR NATURAL CELLULOSE ACETATE COLOUR
Select from our swatch of colours, which we'll show you once you make the order. First cut from a block, then filed to shape by hand, before application of heat and careful manipulation to design the curvature, before being buffed on first rough, then fine, wheels then tumbled smooth for 48 hours to ensure an even finish and shine.

DECIDE ON YOUR CHOICE OF LENS
With a choice of Carl Zeiss sun lens, in a range of solid and gradient colours, or additionally a clear lens ready for you to take to your Optician.

RETURNS POLICY
Due to the bespoke nature of this product, we'd be unable to return this item to our stock, so returns would not be available. If however there is a fault from the workshop, we'll address this based on the specifics of the circumstances.
